You may be eligible if you: Live in Canada, Have an annual family income of less than $90,000, and Do not have access to private dental insurance. Eligibility is verified by the Government of Canada through your tax records.

The plan covers a wide range of services, including: Exams, X-rays, and cleanings Fillings and root canal Treatment Extractions Crowns, and dentures Fluoride and sealants Oral surgery and medically necessary sedation Some specialized or advanced procedures may require preauthorization before being performed.

At this time, we are not charging any extra for basic treatments that are covered 100% under your CDCP plan.
